USAGE: genealogy -[-help]
       writes short usage-info to stdout.
USAGE: genealogy <option> <data> [<id>|<alias>]
       writes to stdout. On fatal error(s) a messages is written to stderr.
USAGE: genealogy -B<columns>[<suboption>..] <data> [<firstid>|<alias> [<lastid>|<alias>]]
       writes the contents of <data> as HTLM-webpage.
OPTIONS WITHOUT <ID>:
 -c[ount] counts lines and fields in <data> and writes 'errors' and results.
 -d[ouble] writes <id>s, quoted name and list of <id>s with same properties.
 -e[ndpoints] writes the <id>s and names which form endpoints.
 -i[nformation] writes the <id>s, parent's <id>s, name and date of birth.
 -l[ist] writes the <id>s in the order they appear in <data>.
 -m[etadata] writes metadata of <id>s and couples in same order as in <data>.
 -n[ames] writes the <id>s, with name and date of birth separated by <TAB>s.
 -r[aw] writes the contents <data> in raw form.
 -s[yntax-errors] writes 'errors' in <data>.
OPTIONS WITH OPTIONAL <ID>:
 -t[ext] writes the contents of <data> in human readable form.
OPTIONS WITH OBLIGATORY <ID>:
 -p[yramid] builds genealogy of <id> and writes progress and result.
 -H[<suboption>..] writes a HTLM-webpage of the genealogy of <id>.
 -T[<suboption>..] writes a HTLM-table of the genealogy of <id>.
SUBOPTIONS in any order:
 a show all information.
 b bold names of genealogy.
 d with small font.
 dd with even smaller fonts.
 i show <id>s.
 m convert YYYY-MM-DD to DD <month> YYYY
 s show siblings with date of birth.
 By default only the names will be shown.
The textfile <data> should contain:
"<id>;<full name>[;<KV> ..]" - defines a person, one line per person.
";<id>;<id>[;<KV> ..]" - defines a marriage and children thereof
where the first <id> identifies a man married to a woman (or man)
and the second <id> identifies a woman married to a man (or woman).
"+aliasString+<alias>+aliasString+<id>" - defines a alias.
WHERE:
<id> is an arbitrary string composed of letters, digits and/or underscore,
     uniquely tied to a natural person.
<KV> is, with a few exceptions a Key-Value pair:
     "*YYYY-MM-DD", date of birth.
     "~YYYY-MM-DD", date of baptism.
     "+YYYY-MM-DD", date of death.
     Location, always commencing with a capital A-Z or apostrophe.
     a date, always as "YYYY-MM-DD".
     ".<id>", a child.
     "-<abritrary string(s)>", supplementary information, like occupation,
     Note: '$' is replaced by ';' in these fields.
Lines not containing ";" and lines commencing with "#" are ignored.
