options:	-v		readonly mode (view)
		-n		no swap file, use memory only
		-b		binary mode
		-r		recovery mode
		-T terminal	set terminal type
		-o[N]		open N windows (def: one for each file)
		+		start at end of file
		+lnum		start at line lnum
		-c command	execute command first
		-s scriptin	read commands from script file
		-w scriptout	write commands in script file
